Second time ordering from lamoda
Totally obsessed with my new platform boots, I had my eye on them for ages before finally nabbing them in a sale! They’re the “midnight black platform cutout ankle boots”
They’re really sturdy and good quality, soooo comfortable to walk in and look amazing
I seriously love the huge variety of shoe styles on their site, totally recommend

These shoes smell so bad! Too Big and Poor Quality.
I am a size 3.5 and ordered a 4. The size 4 was far too big, so I would recommend sizing down, if you can deal with the potent stench of plastic that is. Upon trying these shoes on, there were several lumps and bumps under foot. Not ideal. Also, the faux leather is very stiff so i imagine they wouldn't wear in well. I bought these due to La Moda's good marketing via instagram, the shoes look amazing on there but upon arrival, nope...overall it's a no from me!

Love my 4 pairs of shoes ! They fitted me perfectly ( size 6 ) and they are very comfy, even the high platforms ! I love your animal patterns and designs of the platform boots . Very good prices too ! Quick delivery to Sweden, 6 days. I will definitely order from you again !

100125048 order number theee ordered boots and got a email sed sent and be delivered on 4th July on clicking dpd link says wee have revived ur details but not your parcel where is my boots need these 4 Tuesday don't need this stress lost my son 5 weeks ago just want my order!+

Boots broken in under 3 months
I purchase a pair of boots exactly 3 months ago, I’ve worn them probably once a week on average and the heel of the shoe has fallen off. I contacted lamoda and they said they dont offer any warranty after 14 days & that I can take them to a shoe store to get them repaired at my own expense.

Just warning people, they are really cute but if you’re looking for a sturdy pair of boots that will last you awhile like I’m hunting for,
these are not them.

Low quality for a High Price
I ordered a pair of the "Keep Smiling Strapped Platform Wedge Sandals" and received the shoes in good time. However after wearing the shoes for only one day, part of the elastic on both shoes snapped. Although still wearable, I am now incredible cautious with them, incase the elastic snaps completely. When I contacted the company asking for a refund (also requesting them to pay for the return postage) I was denied despite the photographic evidence provided of the snapped elastic. I find this quality unacceptable for a pair of shoes that cost £50. I do not recommend the store - although the designs are cool, the quality does not match the price and the customer service is poor. I shall not be buying from them again.

Order hasn't arrived
Placed an order Wednesday, paid for next day shipping. It's now Friday evening and haven't received it, no reply to emails or support ticket. DPD just says they haven't received the item yet, despite LAMODA claiming it's "shipped".

Finally received the parcel the following Tuesday, hardly next day shipping, but they claim DPD that messed up, not them. Either way, have already send back for a refund.
