I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical buying this product since I saw a couple of reviews saying it was a fake, and although the price is slightly cheaper than if you buy it at a retail store, after spending $90 or so, youd still want to get an original Ray-Ban. Good news is after going through multiple websites and every excruciating detail, I have deducted that these are indeed original Ray-Bans. If ever they are still fakes due to my lack of judgement, then well they are pretty damn good fakes that make me happy to receive them in the neat little box, perfect case, and high quality craftsmanship. And if in the end youre looking for some place to spend your money on quality, then youve found it! With regards to the style, I enjoy these new wayfarers much more than the original ones that seem too bulky for me. These glasses removed the tilt the original wayfarers had (something to keep in mind when checking the authenticity of your glasses), and offer a slimmer and more modern look to the popular classic. I purchased my pair from Paris Miki Optical and im very happy with their shipping!

First, I wanna make something clear as this is one of the things that gets most confusing when looking for accurate reviews of the product, I bought these from Amazon.com LLC, not from any third-party seller. I have seen many reviews describing these sunglasses as fake but they are not, at least mine, and if bougth directly from Amazon, I wouldnt trust any other seller, even if fulfilled by Amazon. Pay for the sure thing. These are amazing, you can feel the quality in your hands, they are sturdy, the glass is heavy, obviously real glass and not cheap plastic, they came in the original case with the cleaning cloth and the warranty and instructions booklet. And they are definitely authentic, as per all the inspection points like the hinges, the etching on the left lens, the static sticker, the box sticker. They give your sight a sense of rest, and look pretty cool, I like that they are not as big as the original Wayfarers, they are a bit more modern, more youthful.

After reading tons of reviews, and looking at way too many of those "Are They Real!?" articles online, Im confident in saying I bought 100% genuine Ray Bans. Everything is as it should be, and the first thing I noticed out of the box was the weight, feel, and quality of these glasses. After wearing cheap, plastic sunglasses for years, I was really impressed with these straight away. That being said, from what I understand, you NEED to make sure that the SELLER is Amazon. Not just "fulfilled by: Amazon." The added bonus for me was that I ordered around 11 am and got to rock my new shades before dark on the same day! What a time to be alive.

I purchased these because they were sold as polarized. This is not the case so I returned them. In case you want to know how to find out if sunglasses are polarized, look through them on a sunny day, ideally on a car windshield or body of water. If you tilt your head on its side you should see the level of glare change quite dramatically. This is the effect of polarization. If you see no change then the sunglasses are polarized. In case you think Im wrong, I did the same test with the old pair of Rayban sunglasses that I have just to compare. They performed as expected.
