Carhartt Mens Workwear Pocket Short Sleeve T-Shirt Original Fit K87,Port,2X-Large These shirts are the only work shirts my husband will wear. 10+ years now. They are durable,Dont shrink,They hold their color after many,many washes. The length is perfect for his size. They come right below the back pockets of his jeans so plenty of room to tuck in. And they never slid out. He wears them to work daily. But, they are nice enough to be used for daily wear. Over 20 different colors to choose from so of course he has every one. We both feel the price for these are reasonable $11.75 -$25.99.Well worth it. I can honestly say the reason he has to replace these are because he keeps his pen in the pocket and it pokes holes in it after time. And thats only because he keeps forgetting to close the pen. We use to buy these at Sears but since they stopped selling them there,this is his go to. Now I have to keep and eye on him. Hes afraid they will be discontinued. This order he bought 4. This is our review. No one asked us to review these. I just want anyone that may want to try these out to know how durable they are. Hope this helps. Ronda,

I have spend over $1,000 on Carhartt products during the last several years. I have more than a dozen shirts of this exact style and each of them has varied in their cut. Some shorter than the next, or the sleeves on one come down farther than the others, but these differences have not been enough to stop me from buying the next one. This time however I was quite disappointed. The sleeves were noticeably shorter, the overall length was so short that it barely tucks in far enough to stay through the day. The torso was too wide and the pocket is almost poofy. I just may try Craftsman for my next T-shirt. I pay more for these shirts because of the quality and gladly so. But quality is not just durability, it is also consistency. I hold Carhartt to a higher standard. So should they.

A bit of false advertising. I specifically picked this color because it was listed as 90% cotton. Most of the other colors were listed as a 60/40 mix. Well, the Amazon description on this shirt turns out not to be true. When I received it and opened the package the tag on the shirt says 60/40 cotton/polyester. The color is correct but the fabric composition is not as advertised. I guess Ill keep it but not really happy.

I ordered several colors of the same size shirt. All of them are labeled 100% cotton. One of them, the port (red) color, made in Guatemala, attracts pet hair like crazy. Even running it separately in the dryer for 20 minutes does not remove all the hair. It must not be 100% cotton - maybe it includes some lycra or polyester. I have read that 100% cotton fabric does not take to certain dyes, so other textiles are added for these colors. Thats fine, but the label should reflect that. The other colors I purchased do not have this problem. Im disappointed because I purposely chose 100% cotton because it does not collect pet hair.

I bought two Ts - the tan was tall and the blue was regular, both were 2X. The Tan was made in Haiti, but the blue was made in Guatemala. There are difference between these two shirts. First the neck opening is way different. (see picture) the tan has a much smaller neck opening and sits up by my adams apple and feels restrictive, while the blue is comfortable even though both shirts are the same size. The fabric is different, the blue is softer while the tan has a rougher texture and is more stiff. The tall is one inche longer than the regular, but the regular is plenty long and so I dont see the need to pay extra for tall in the future. The shirts are well made and I like them, but the inconsistency between different colors is an issue.
