Its weird. They fit perfectly and the day I got them I wore them to the gym without any real issue. They were comfortable and lightweight. At the gym I only had them on for about an 90 minutes or so, got home took them off and was very impressed with the overall comfort and use. The next day I decided to wear them to work (I have an office job at a desk 90% of my day) just to kind of break them in more and get use to them. I wore them the entire day around the office, walking my dogs and through the night. The more I wore them the more the back of my heels started to hurt. At the end of the day I took them off and had two identical blisters on the lower backside of my heels. The next morning I couldnt wear them again and it appears to be in the padding insole and how it curves up ever so slightly on the inside/bottom of the shoes. The edge of that insert has a little bit of an edge to it and it rubs my lower rear heel enough to blister the crap out of my heels. The right one is considerably worse (probably just how I walk/run) but both are blistered. So I took a couple of days off and switched back to my new balance shoes and even with the blisters I have zero discomfort in my new balance shoes or my work dress shoes. I can tel l the blisters are there but it doesnt hurt. Anyway. After two days I put the Reebok back on and instantly you can feel the pain in my heels where they rub. I wore them that whole day anyway and they are just uncomfortable on the lower back of my heels. Not sure what I am going to do. Ive never had this issue with shoes before.

Ive never had previous Nanos or Metcons, but I do have Nobulls. The Nano 8 is almost exactly the same shape, but basically fixes my couple complaints that I have about the Nobulls. In the Nanos, the insole padding is slightly better. Its still slim, but they have a little bit of bounce to them so theyre a lot more comfortable to wear over long periods or for running. The Nanos breathe really well, where as the Nobulls have basically no ventilation. The Nanos have a very comfortable sock-like thing around the ankle. This makes them a lot more comfortable, especially if youre wearing them for a long time.

These are tearing apart on the side. My previous pair of Nanos lasted 5+ years and survived many hard workouts. These "Flexweave" Nanos are only 2 months old and are starting to tear at the sides. Very disappointing.

UPDATE: 26July2018: My previous review is listed below where I gave the Nano 8s only 3 stars due to some sizing issues. I wear size 11 but my toes were crammed up against the front so needed to return them. Rather than risking several reorders due to sizing, I stopped into a local sporting goods store and tried on both a half and full size bigger. The size 12s seem to fit great. I dont want to abuse brick and mortar stores as only showrooms; they need to pay their bills also, so perhaps should have bought them there, but Im a dedicated Amazon shopper due to their unmatched customer service, so i reordered from Amazon. I perhaps should allow weeks of wearing before updating my review, but I wanted to update my former, average 3 star rating due to sizing issues to a full 5 stars now to give a fair assessment. First is the comfort factor. I have no foot issues, but for some reason I have a horrible time finding athletic shoes that dont cramp one foot or the other. So far, the comfort these offer are phenomenal. Partly due to it having 7 eyelets that are staggered, it allows you to tighten the shoe according to the unique contours of your foot. Insole support is superb. The more bulbous design of the front of the shoe offers great room for your toes with no cramping or pressure, once you get the correct size, which as noted might need to be larger than you normally wear. Second, due to the mesh design as opposed to solid leather shoes, these are extremely light weight. Third is the appearance. My personal preference is an appealing but minimal look. At least for me, shoes with neon streaks or aggressive soles that scream, look at me, Im the Liberace of footwear, are best left to more extraverted types. These have a stylish and almost sophisticated look without appearing boring. Ill be using these for everything from boxing to weight training to some roadwork, and so far these seem to offer both comfort, support and stability. I also tried on the Nike counterparts, the Metcon 4s, and in my humble opinion, these Reeboks, seemed far superior and advanced in materials, quality and design, though the price is identical. Just my 2 cents in case youre cross shopping brands. I again advise you to be certain about size if you order these since their physical design seems to make them run smaller than your normal size. So far, extremely satisfied for a full 5 stars. (Original Review ) Perhaps I shouldnt be writing a review just yet. I sent for these based on all the raving reviews. All my dozens of pairs of shoes and boots and sneakers have always been an exact size 11. I was so anxious for these to arrive, but when they did, it only took slipping one on to be amazed at how undersized they are. My toes were crammed up against the front of the shoes even though I didnt even have thicker athletic socks on but thin dress socks. Amazon, of course, authorized a return immediately so they are going back tomorrow. They have a very unusual construction with a fully breathable mesh like weave, so I feel certain they will be very cool during a long workout or run. Its worth noting that they have an unconventional front shape, reminiscent of Earth Shoes, a generation ago. Jury is out on if I care for that look but if they are as versatile in workouts as many reviewers say, the looks are important but secondary. I asked for a refund instead of an exchange because as much as I am in love with buying online, and despite the wonderful no questions asked return policy, footwear might be the one item Ill need to actually try on in a physical store. I could have ordered an 11 1/2 to see if that worked, but if I needed a 12 that might mean at least one more return with the need for another trip to the post office. So, forgive the lack of a total review. I plan to go somewhere and purchase these again, based on the reviews and my at least brief look at these. Im posting this just to alert potential buyers that it is likely you will need to order a larger size than you normally wear in footwear. Just a heads up.

I love the performance. I use the shoes mostly for HIIT training mixed with weights. My complaint is the fit which only pertains to my foot. I have a very high volume foot. This is not a high volume shoe. The toe box is somewhat wide but at the ball of the foot it is too narrow and the instep too low. And, that is without the insoles. I have read some complaints about the toe box being too wide. My perspective is that it does not narrow to the big toe as much as many shoes do. It is a relatively blunt end, which fits great with my monkey feet - big toe and little toe are almost even. That said I really like them. I have had several pairs of New Balance. They make wide shoes that fit my foot well. The performance is not as good. With longer shoe laces and no insole they perform well if a bit tight.
