I normally wear 12.5 in shoes but with reebok i noticed they run a little big so i ordered these in a 12 to avoid and heel slipping and boy, that was a good call. My toes still have about half inch before the end of the shoe, and the padding on the inside of the shoe box at the toes is very comfortable and provides more piece of mind when using them. Theyre flexible and the base is very sturdy. The shoe laces are thin, so when in use they do loosen up little by little. At the beginning of my workout I tightened them up firmly, and at the end of my workout when i go home i slid them off like slippers. They arent the most stylish shoes ever, but man they are probably the best feeling ones. I tried the metcons and couldnt stand them. But the metcons look much cooler. Also, the rope threads on the metcons is a perk compared to these beacuse these nanos dont have much thread assistance on the inside or outside for rope climbs. I bought the cheapest nano 8s i could find, the green and grey ones. since the cooler looking nanos are expensive, i figure im there to train not to look like i blow money on expensive colors to look cool. Im too edumocated for that

Ive worn Crossfit nanos for many years. They are my go to shoes for athletic footwear. Unfortunately, this version was very disappointing to me. I normally wear a size 11 and all of my previous nanos have been that size. The size 11 on this version, however, runs small. I could feel the shoe squeezing tightly around my foot and knew from the moment I put them on that they werent going to be comfortable. Reluctantly, I traded up a half size to an 11.5. The foot width sizing is much better and gives you room to wiggle your toes, but the ankle part is just too loose. I feel the shoe could slip off if I start running or doing any cardio that doesnt allow me to stay in one place. I *cannot* have that for any serious competition. Youd think after all these iterations that Reebok would just settle on what works, but they keep trying to reinvent the shoe to convince you to buy the new version, but they just end up losing quality in the process.

I probably could have gone a half size down on these but the fit was still good. They are awesome! I don’t like wearing my running shoes to the gym and I’ve been wearing the nanos for the last few years. I do cardio machines, weights, and core. Due the all most non existant heel-toe drop they are perfect for the deadlifts and squats. I am a total workout shoe SNOB and I love these shoes! Lol.

I was a long running fan with Reebok through the Reebok Nano 4.0, but I have yet to come across a nano I have truly liked since then. This was the answer to that question. Dont get me wrong I wish that had slightly more stability in the Olympic lifts, but Im not complaining at all. These things are great. I can run in them without my feet swelling, I can cycle a barbell at sub max weights. They are durable and feel great. I would say other than 1 rep maxing certain lifts, you can use these shoes 95% of the time. I am truly impressed by this shoe, and hope Reebok listens to its followers, and keeps up this trend in shoe design.

Cant believe I fell for all the positive reviews. By far this shoe ranks high in being unattractive and uncomfortable. I do not have flat feet, but if I did this shoe would likely fit the bill. Felt as though I was wearing two planks. Without hesitation, I returned asap. I really wanted to like them... Sadly, no.
