I like the boot just fine. I have purchased Skechers athletic shoes for years and they have been fine but after a year or 18 months the support seems to be lacking and it is time for new shoes. However, the price is usually reasonable enough to go buy them again. Until that happens they are great shoes. I was excited to discover that Sketchers made work boots. I have a wood-shop and I spend a lot of time on my feet on concrete and my feet, legs and back pay a terrible price at times. I just ordered the same size as my Skechers athletic shoes and was happy with the fit, maybe just a little bit too roomy but acceptable. I probably should have bought a half size smaller but I dont think they come in half sizes. I bought some Dr. Shoals inserts that offer more cushion and support and that helped make up for the roominess and now my feet are in love. If you regularly wear athletic shoes or dress shoes the work boot will seem heavy but I appreciate the sturdiness of this boot and that is worth the extra weight.

I have to use a shoe horn to get them on, but once on they are a bit wide. The tongues slide way around to the side after a few minutes of wear, and it is a pain trying to get them back in place when they just go back again. There is a slight leak in the toe area of the left boot, which will probably get worse. It was used in wet grass, not submerged in water. Overall quality is good, but comfort is not, especially when having to work on the sides of hills.

Comfortable and light weight. I use them for work. My job provides me with a pair of red wings every year. They tend to be a little heavy but I love wearing them. However because I work a ton of hrs I like to buy a pair of go in between. These boots serve my purpose well though I would like them a bit wider.

This is the second pair I ordered through Amazon. Shipping was fast, quicker than quoted. The boots hold up pretty well, first pair lasted about 2 years with rugged wear. The second pair lasted about 2 years with rugged wear but the second pair separated at the upper and sole joint. It was time for a new pair so I didnt care. Ill probably buy another pair as theyre comfortable, hold up well and the price is right.

These are great boots! I had a similar pair that finally wore out, and I liked them enough to get them again. This version seems to have softer rubber on the bottom, which feels much more comfortable, as well as the gel memory-foam insole. I think the softer sole may wear out a little faster, but the added comfort makes it worth it. The upper part of the boot did require some minor breaking in. They were stiff on my ankles at first. I rolled the upper part 360 degrees in and out and that took care of it. My old pair did fit a little tight in the toes, so I went up a 1/2 size this time and they feel great.
