I am 57, approximately 175lbs, slimmer at the waist and thicker in the thighs. The size chart puts me between Large and X-Large so I have tried both. The Large is a little tight at the waist but is otherwise fine. The X-Large still fits snugly and is more comfortable but they fall down every couple of steps. The length on both is right at the lower ankle, the black being just slightly longer. If you are more than a little above average height these might be closer to ankle pants. Note that the waist size between Large and X-Large is fairly significant, if you are between sizes and carry your weight in the belly area, I would go with the larger size, otherwise go with the smaller size. I own both red and black pairs. The red is a bright wine color. The black is a deep, true black. I have washed the red ones multiple times and it has not faded. I have worn the black ones once a week for five months and they have yet to fade or start to fall apart. They arent perfect, but for the price, I highly recommend. I will continue to buy more colors.

I bought these for family pictures and they are super stretchy, super comfy but they are a little thin and I feel like you can see any imperfections in my legs through these, granted they are white so Im sure on a colored pair you may not see those imperfections as much. All in all I really like them and I cant complain for the price point. For reference I am 57 around 200lbs and I ordered a large

they come up over my belly button but the length of the legs is short. Im 510, 170 lbs and with the crotch sitting comfortably pulled up they come up over my belly button and the legs are 2 inches above my ankles. This is not how they appear in the photos. They are very stretchy but I cant wear these without an undershirt tucked into them because they scratch my belly and are baggy around my waist. They fit my hips and around my legs but are too short. How can you get the sizing so weird? I considered getting another pair before they arrived but I wont be anymore. They are acceptable because I dont like to waste and I spent money on these so Im going to use them but Im disappointed. Your pants are too short. I got a large but I dont think going down a size would help me considering my height.

I teach exercise therapy and have to look professional even though I am all over the floor and moving around all day and I had a really hard time finding pants like these in stores. I went back and forth as to whether to get a size up or not, but decided to go with what would be my normal size. Like many of the reviewers I laughed at how small they were when I took them out of the packaging. And even as I put one leg in them I thought there was no way I was going to fit into them, but I did it anyway and to my surprise they fit fine. Kind of like those magic gloves. And they didnt look vulgar or over stretched either. They even had wrinkles in the right places and didnt look like I was going to bust out of them. Im going to get a couple more pairs. I do think I might get one pair a size up, though, just for those days of the month where you need a little extra room. I doubt ordering a larger size would be a mistake for anyone since they seem to fit whatever you put in them.

I bought a pair of these for my daughter in another color (black), and they were her favorite pants, so I thought I couldnt go wrong with getting them in another color (red), same size and style. I purchased them and set them aside to give later as a gift. The pants look great, but theyre extremely short, inches shorter than her black pair. She wont wear them. I reached out to the seller to see if I could exchange sizes, but I never received a response. I could not return them because it was outside of the timeframe for returns. I guess the lessons I learned here are: 1) buying the same item in the same size and style does not mean that it will actually be the same size, 2) pay close attention to a sellers return policy and timeframes. You might get stuck with a pair of pants that dont fit if you buy them too far in advance.
