I love that this Crossbody bag lies flat against the body and that the strap can be adjusted to so many lengths. I own a number of Baggalleni bags. They are sturdy and well made. All the zip pockets inside and outside make it a perfect purse for around town or when traveling. I keep my keys attached to the interior strap and clip so I never misplace my keys. My recent purchase was a black Crossbody bag - the tan interior makes it easy to locate items. I have washed my other bags on gentle cycle then let them air dry flat and have had good results.

I have 3 Baggallini bags and love them. I dont think I will ever go back to using anything else. This bag is very nice and has a lot of compartments that are the reason I bought it. I like the credit card holders and the little pouch that can be connected to the inside of the bag. The Pacific blue is a great color. The only thing I wish it had that my other two bags have is a strap attachment that swivels around so it doesnt tangle. With this bag, I have to make sure it is not twisted when I put it on my shoulder or over mg head. All in all, it is a great size bag.

Purchased this bag in apple red -- its a beautiful true red color but not too bright. Unfortunately, Im having to return for 3 reasons: 1. The front pockets are very nice and hold either my Galaxy S5 with Otterbox case or my compact digital camera. Unfortunately, the pockets are too shallow to hold even the smallest eyeglass case. 2. The strap design causes its own problems -- they are attached along the top of the rear side of the bag so it is designed with a half-twist in the strap. I think this is what causes other reviewers to complain about subsequent twisting of the strap. Baggallini needs to include a sliding loop that will keep the strap together near the sewn on metal loop to avoid this problem. When using it crossbody, the fairly wide strap migrates quickly (and uncomfortably) against your neck -- no matter how much I adjusted it. Theres not enough surface tension in the nylon webbing strap to keep it where you want it. 3. Absolutely no depth to the bag -- its basically an assortment of pockets sewn flatly together. I dont need much depth in a bag because I dont carry around a wallet, but I need SOME depth to accommodate an occasional bulky item. Wish I could find another Baggallini crossbody about this same size, only 1 to 2 inches in depth, with straps sewn to the opposite sides of the bag.

This bag is lightweight and filled with many organizing pockets on the inside and out, in usual Baggallini style. I love the look and weight and know that I will use it often. The only reason I gave it a four-star rating instead of a five-star rating is that the outside pockets that LOOK like they would fit a cell phone do not really work for that if the purse has anything inside the bag--the pockets become more curved and my Samsung Galaxy phone doesnt easily slide in. I end up sticking my phone inside the main compartment and those two outside pockets become decoration rather than being very functional. But if you are a person who doesnt put so much in your purse, your phone may work. I have four or five other Baggallini purses of various sizes and love them all, especially for overseas traveling--I tuck the smaller one inside my carry-on bag so that I have a purse when I get to our destination.

its a great looking sleek bag if you dont over-fill it - has a nice clean tailored look that pairs well with a black or gray wool dress coat in the city. however, part of what makes it so sleek is that its not constructed like a box, the edges are all closed on a single line - but this is both its charm and its limitation - you cant over-fil it at all without the bag bulging awkwardly, then the snap is hard to secure on the front pocket. As long as you dont carry very much the bag will stay sleek. I find I need a box constructed purse so the different sections are wider and the purse will hold its shape as more items are added and you can dig through to find things easier.
