The packaging this bag came in is so nice I felt like I was receiving a gift. It came in a very nice box in a dust bag that is so nice to store the bag in. It also came with a beautiful scarf as a free gift. This bag is good quality and a perfect size; I purchased it for special occasions when I go out and do not need to take my everyday large bag. I ordered the gray which to me looks more beige but thats how it looks in the photo so I am happy with the color. The photos from the previous reviews are exactly what I received. This bag is perfect, its adjustable and sits perfectly on my side. The pockets as nice and deep, no need to worry about having to stretch the lap to close. I put two cards in each of the card holders, my IPhone plus and small change purse with cash and coins in the inside pocket closest to my hip and still have the entire other pocket free. I have a two year old so I can easily put a squeeze apple sauce and some pretzels!. It looks small but is so roomy. Buying another one in a different color.

Mine came without the strap, so while the workmanship is excellent, it’s pretty much useful for it’s intended purpose. Edited to add- before this was published, they have offered to replace. I will update next week if a replacement arrives! Edited again: replacement came before the initial edit was even made live. Excellent service, excellent workmanship.

This will be a great bag for shopping/traveling. I bought the black one and I noticed right away the strap had a good many holes to adjust length, which is well thought out since we all come in different sizes and heights. It is also very lightweight and made with soft materials. There are two large compartments, and area that holds credit cards/ID. The compartments are plenty large enough to hold two cell phones, keys, lipstick, cash. I just love this bag! I showed my mother and she bought a red one on the spot. Perfect for our trips and shopping whereby we can keep our hands free and our cards/money safe against our torsos. I highly recommend.

I love this bag! It’s extremely well-made and will fit my passport, smartphone, 2 credit cards, and my reading glasses perfectly. The straps are strong, stitching is very nice, texture is soft and supple, cloth lining is well-sewn, and the color is vivid and solid throughout. Plus, there was zero plastic packaging aside from Amazon’s stupid plastic shipping bag. It came in a cloth bag inside of a cardboard box. Very highly recommended!
