Dont waste your money. I bought this bag in January and by April it was falling apart. First, the backpack straps went, then the handle, and now the shoulder strap is about to go! On top of that, the side pockets are too small for water bottles or small umbrellas, and theyre not deep enough for a phone. Not sure what theyre good for. Cheap materials. Cheap construction. Youll be better of spending the money on a good quality bag.

Upon closer inspection of the original listing, this is exactly as depicted, which is refreshing. The material, while not genuine leather, definitely feels sturdy. The straps are kind of a seatbelt type structure, but the color matches perfectly. The little pouf is such a cute touch. As you can see, I fit quite a bit in here (Ill also be adding a 3/4 size notebook but it would have blocked too much in the photo). Im happy to say it all fits comfortably and there are still side pockets and secret front pockets! I love that theres also a detachable regular shoulder strap so you can cinch up the backpack straps and carry it like a shoulder bag. I wish I ordered it sooner!!

I liked the backpack for the anti-theft feature and felt my phone and keys were safe in the hidden zippered pockets; however, the straps were a problem from day one. They twist in the buckles which makes it difficult to adjust and when you get them straight, they completely loosen when you remove it from your back. I havent had this item for long and now the straps have broken off the backpack completely.

I received this bag and loved it! However, the first time I sent to use it and put my things in it, the seam had a hole in it on the back side. I returned the item and got a replacement. No fee or extra cost. Got the same bag, started putting my things inside to use for the first time, and AGAIN it had another hole in the seam in a different spot. Very frustrated. Going to send it back again.

I have had this bag for a month and the straps are coming apart , poorly made and i can’t return the bag... so disappointed
