I loved this back pack when I got it! Great pockets, felt smooth. It changed my life....then less than 2 months later the thing is falling apart and is now unusable because the straps ripped off. It was cheap but figured at least would have lasted a year. I have cheap purses from Ross that have lasted much longer

I absolutely love this bag. It was better than what I expected. It also was out of stock when I place my order and said that I would receive on 9/11, I was able to get it 5 days earlier. The material of the bag looks great and durable. The hardware doesnt look cheap either. The main pocket can fit everything i need it. Great purchase.

Weak seams. The seams tore first day of use on vacation. Otherwise roomy but dont expect to carry much at least not with the shoulder strap.

I just got this bag a couple days ago and it is already falling apart after one day of use . even the Pom-Pom that came with it was trash. Its a beautiful bag and all but these things really disappoint me. I thought this bag would last longer but I guess Im not buying here again.
