So bummed! I was loving this bag, tons of compliments on it and it was so roomy and nice! Ive used it for 8 days, and last night when I put it on my shoulder the strap broke off the purse. It fell, and my glass water bottle inside the bag shattered. Now its ruined, my wallet was soaked destroying checks and receipts I had in there, and there is little tiny shards of glass in the bag. I dont know if its salvageable. I am really upset for the bag to fall apart like this after so few days in use. My water bottle was almost empty at that, so it wasnt being weighed down. I am hoping to talk to Amazon about a refund or replacement.

I was really happy with it until I realized that the lining hadnt been finished being sewn shut. Luckily I can sew and I finished it so that my stuff doesnt fall through the lining. Overall except for that I love it! UPDATE: Ive only been using this purse since Feb 2017 (now July 2017) and the edging on the shoulder straps is deteriorating and coming off. I wish this bag was better made because I really like it except for the quality.

I LOVE this bag! I kept seeing this bag come up in my recommended items and I ignored it thinking it looks so good in the picture that it cant be that good in person given the low price. I finally decided to buy it just to see if its as good as the pictures let on and just told myself Id return it if not. Now I wish I would have gotten this a long time ago! It looks exactly like the pictures and is perfectly big and slouchy! I got the coffee color and its just gorgeous with the gold accents. It might be just a shade darker than the picture shows actually. I took off a star because the lining is very loose and the divider is useless since it just slouches and gets in the way. I ended up cutting out the center divider to have just one main compartment and it works much better! I am a purse connoisseur and usually use $400+ Frye leather bags and Im totally pleased with this bag overall.

I really wanted to adore this bag. Like many other reviewers said, it came with a bit of a fishy smell to it, but just toss a handful of coffee beans in the bottom for a couple of days and itll smell amazing. Problem solved! But there are more issues from there. This bag is ginormous and isnt exactly constructed to support itself. There are no supports sewn into the center pieces, so the whole center pocket tends to just flop about and get in the way. I usually put a magazine in there just for support. Three or four days into using the bag I noticed that the handles started to come apart. For this price, I didnt assume o was getting a top of the line bag, but I had hoped it would last a little longer. I trimmed the plastic lining pieces and threads that were coming off and Im pretty sure nobody notices the issue except when Im out with the bag. The "leather" has a great texture and feel to it and really looks amazing, however the color will fade out on any areas that experience a little more wear and tear. For mine, the corners of the base have turned white. My biggest complaint it the fabric of the inner lining. Its complete and utter crap. I almost want to say that the fabric is brittle or overly dried out.... I first noticed it pulling away from the stitched edges of the outer pockets (which created an issue before I discovered the holes ans my purse suddenly ate my car keys...). Now the entire center pocket and most of the bottom have come apart and are a frayed mess. Things are constantly disappearing between the inner lining and the outer shell and I spend a ridiculous amount of time unloading the purse to get to these items. Lets face it, Ive had this bag in use for less than 30 days and it really only goes to work and back with me - there is no reason it should be falling apart like this. My advice is to skip this bag if youre looking for something to use on the regular. This bag just isnt up to it.
