I needed a new "mom bag" that had room for the stuff I often end-up carrying around to and from the car because, you know, I wouldnt normally carry snack containers and toys in my nice designer bag. I also knit, and often bring a small project with me so that I have something to do durning long waits at school pick-up lines or extensive kid melt-downs, and I often found that I was carrying my knitting project in one hand, while juggling snack containers and toys with the other; it just didnt work. Enter the Joyson bag. This bag has lots of room for all the mom-duty stuff, the personal stuff, and my small knitting project, and still looks good. The three outside pockets are a bonus, as well as the decent but detachable shoulder strap, because I like to wear my bags cross-body when Im walking around to save my shoulders, and it works great. My only wishes are that it came in a more fun color schemes, and that the interior was a fun contrasting color instead of dark brown. Whoever decided that all purses should be dark inside should be shot in front of a firing squad, because really, it must be a bunch of guys whove never had to search the depths of a purse for a dark canister of lipstick with a dark interior. Besides, the days of worrying about ink pens leaking in your bag are pretty much a thing of the pass. Am I right?

My longest strap is ripping right off and I’ve never even used this strap. Also, one of my zipper pulls fell off right away. :( love the bag, but it is falling apart. UPDATE: l contacted the company and they sent me a brand new one and didn’t need to send the old one back. We’ll see if it holds up better!

I do love the look of this purse, but I didnt realize how big it was when I ordered it. Its fine, Ill still use it, but I had to cut out the divider in the middle because I couldnt see what was in the purse, it would lay on top of one side or the other. But again, since I dont put a whole lot in my purse, it made the divider a negative. If I were to fill the purse to the gills Im sure the divider would be useful. There are two side pockets inside the purse, but they are useless because they arent big enough to hold much. I put a pack of gum in there and it keeps falling out. I do like that the purse stays put on my shoulder. Thats a big deal when I buy a purse. If it falls off my shoulder I dont buy it. This purse also comes with a longer strap, but unfortunately the strap does fall off my shoulder. That can be resolved by carrying the purse as a cross bag, but the small handles have enough room between them and the purse that it works well to carry it as is.

I only got this yesterday so my opinion my change after Ive used it some. To be honest I did not have high expectations bc I have been let down before by Amazon in the purse department. I was so happy when I saw how gorgeous it was. Very roomy and perfect for my life!!

I am giving this purse 4 stars because it had a funny smell to it. Other than that I really love it. Color was great and feels really soft
