It came wrapped in a plastic bag... Ive never bought a Kate Spade bag that came wrapped in plastic. The size is okay. I looked carefully at the measurements before buying as I wanted my wallet to fit. My wallet will fit the interior space, with some room to spare for keys, etc.. However, the opening/zipper is just enough smaller than the bag itself that getting a normal wallet in (and it is a KS wallet) would rip the skin off of your fingers.

I like the simple lines of this small bag. It probably wont hold my thick wallet along with keys and glasses. But it will definitely hold smaller items. Maybe if I think my wallet and take off my large key chain, it will be better. But most bags this size wont hold large items, so it is expected. The bag holds the shape, leather quality is good. It is lovely.

Looks great and appears to be authentic and bought at a Las Vegas Outlet. Has original tag that states $199 retail cost. Comes with a bag as well. Was questioning making my purchase after previous reviewer received an upside down logo but in my opinion the one I received is authentic or a really good fake.
