Wish it was just a bit larger at the area where the head rests. But after having a whiplash injury and needing this so that I could handle paperwork and talk on the phone at the same time, I must say it does the job. It also stays in place, which is nice. There used to be some larger cushion type headrests in the old days. These kept ones head in a nearly vertical position. Havent been able to find one for several years. This does the job, and it truly makes it so that working and talking on the phone at the same time isnt a pain in the neck. Next time Ill likely opt for a hands free headset or blue tooth type device. Like my old AT&T phone, though, and am not willing to give it up.

I work in an office and talk on the phone all day suffering from neck pain where I was trying to hold the phone receiver on my right shoulder. I found this item on Amazon and decided to purchase it. What a relief !!! It sticks to the back of your phone receiver and has been such a blessing in relieving my neck pain - the cradle is a nice fit. So glad I purchased it !!

Works as intended. Make sure to line it up with your shoulder to get a perfect spot to attach to phone. I just put it on the phone at first and had to remove and reattach. It is made of a type of vinyl and hollow inside. It is not foam like i was thinking.
