The bag is very spacious for every day used. I also used the wristlet as a small purse for when I make a run to the market or to pick up my kids at the bus stop. The bag is water repellent so it is great during a raining day. I am noticing some peeling of the “leather” handles. Therefore, I am not sure if it is real genuine leather or “PU” leather. The handles seem well attached to the bag and durable do I did not take any star away. I will have to use it more before I can attest to the true durability of this bag. I brought the Navy color bag and spilled some grease on the bag during lunch within the first week of receiving the bag. I quickly went to bathroom and rub some hand soap in the grease spot. Follow by paper toweled it dry. I will do a thorough scrub with detergent when I get home. But by the time I got home the bag dried with no grease spot at all. So far a great everyday bag. I believe the size would be perfect for travel also to take on the plane. It could be great at the beach for a towel, magazine, sunglasses, and suntan lotion etc... Another function of this bag could be a diaper bag. It’s roomy enough and water repellent.

As a teacher, some days you take home work and some days you take home practically half your classroom. No bag will ever exist thats big enough for those days. But for normal days when you carry personal items, your planner and grade book, some extra books and papers to grade, and some random odds and ends, this bag is great. The straps dont break and it zips shut so little classroom bugs cant get in and important items dont get rained on. The straps are also long enough to swing the bag on and off your shoulder. Its normal looking enough that I can go shopping or to a coffee shop after work and not feel like Im carrying a neon "TEACHER" sign on my shoulder! I definitely recommend this for teachers looking for a new work bag.

Review June 2017: I absolutely love YALUXE Womens Soft Leather Work Tote Shoulder Bag (Upgraded 2.0). It fits everything that I need it to, its cute, and Im hoping its going to be durable. Its perfect for everything I need to carry around for my work. I am able to fit my 13.3" laptop (which is 12" long plus a 1/2" flashdrive with more than two inches to spare), multiple folders, multiple journals, large water bottle, pens/postits/mouse/computer charger/toiletries, theres a nice pocket I put my lip balm in, the key strap, plus the front pocket fits my phone, hand sanitizer and mini clorox wipes. Depending on where the water bottle is in my bag, it can be a little difficult to zip shut (if the bottle is closer to where the zipper starts, it zips fine), but the zipper works nicely and has fabric so that it pulls shut over everything inside easily. The material is nice, wipes off easy. Im hoping itll hold up to me wiping the bottom with clorox wipes (I go in and out of nursing homes/patient homes). I also used it for a festival/fireworks and carried around my large towel and sun hat, I think its a really cute purse for casual stuff as well as work. Because of how much I carry around, the straps can hurt if I carry it for too long, but thats most likely just because it weighs a ton. But Im hoping the straps will hold up because theyre sewn all the way down, and I love how long the straps are because I can easily pull out stuff while the purse is on my shoulder. I love that this purse actually fits everything I need it to, and also has room to pile things in on top if I need the space and dont need to shut it. I would definitely recommend this bag if youre looking to carry a lot of stuff around with you! *Update March 2018: Ive used this bag pretty much every work day for the last 7 months or so, and Im still really happy with it! It sometimes gets a weird white line around the bottom, maybe from setting it places where theres salt from the winter or from wiping it with a clorox wipe? Whatever the cause, it wipes right off with a little bit of water! The edges of the straps are splitting, but this is just at the top of the straps and is just the outer rubber liner thing. The straps themselves are intact and still feel super sturdy. I throw my bag around a lot and shove it on my shoulder with guitar case straps, and wipe it with clorox wipes, so I could have expedited this cracking process. Im still not bothered by it though, because its not noticeable, is only at the top, and the leather itself is still sturdy. I expect the bag to continue to last for a while. All in all, still super happy with it and intend to buy another one at some point so I can be sure to have a replacement whenever the day comes I need a new one, since I spent a long time hunting for this bag!

Just as nice as I thought. This a large tote bag that is my go to when I walk out the door. It holds my visor, earmuffs, large wallet, water bottle, some food items with room to spare when I go to the market. I dont forget anything when I walk out the door. I can place my keys in the side zipper pocket and always know where they are. I also purchased this insert to keep these things organized.
