This color isnt brown as advertised in the picture. Its more of a gray. Reminded me of pine tree bark. It seems the picture may have been enhanced to have more of a brown color because the pink in the picture really stands out. It doesnt in person. I really wanted the color in the picture. After trying them on with a good boot sock, they fit ok across the width of my foot, but they were loose in the heel. I dont have a wide foot. Also, my toe hit the end of the boot. I have several boots in various brands, all the same size. These are the only ones that fit loose in the heel, and seemed 1/2 size smaller in length. The short height of the boot also caused it to pull down my socks into the boot. These will be returned. Packaging wise, the original box was so badly damaged in transit that these boots arrived repackaged in an Amazon box. Every other pair of boots/shoes that Ive ordered online have all been in their original boxes packed carefully into the stores box.

These were the first boots I have bought online. Normally, I go to the store and try them on. The last pair I bought was Ariat Fatbaby Collection in 6.5B, they were tight (as all my boots when I first buy them), but after 1-2 weeks they fit good. So... I figured I would order my next pair from Amazon, same brand and collection, and same size. The color is lighter than pictured, which I really like the color they actually are, compared to the picture. The boot fits quite loosely. I can slip my foot in the boot without bending over and yanking it on. Hopefully, the boot will not expand any more, as then it would be too big. I was surprised the boot fit as loosely as it does. I have had them for almost a week, and they seem like they are going to work out. I wouldnt be able to go to a size 6, it would be too small length wise. Overall I really like the boot!

I got these boots out of the box, put them on and headed straight out the door to the barn. If you’ve ever had to break in field boots or tall boots and you dread the break in period, these are nothing like that. As soon as I put them on they were a little stiff and tight across the top of the foot then within 10mins were amazing and perfectly fit my foot. I’ve owned Ariat boots for 20+ years and these did not disappoint. I actually didn’t want to take them off when I got home. The shaft fits my ankle and leg, the footbed is supportive, flexible and comfortable. Highly recommend. Debating on buying another pair, in a different color combo just for shiggles.

These beauties just arrived at my front door. I must say, I was a little shocked they came a day early, but fully satisfied. I opened the box and there was a shoe box inside, inside of the shoe box were two beautifully wrapped boots which upon further inspection were clear of any blemishes and imperfections. I am so happy I ordered these babies! They fit like a dream, perfectly wide around my lower calf--my legs are muscular and wide--and I ordered the 9.5 B MEDIUM because of the reviews about how they fit a little smaller than they should. This is very true, I normally wear a 9, but the 9.5 fits perfectly. :-)

This particular boot is a light brown suede and the fit is large. I’m one of those 10 1/2 size women’s size so it’s tricky with Ariat boots. Some 11s will fit fine and 10s are too small. In this case, the 11s were too big and the 10s were perfect. If you love the style and wish they were a tad darker, just use some mink oil on them to protect them and they turn to a nice shade of brown. I love Ariats, but it is a challenge to find a great fit. In this case, I hit the jackpot! Here’s a picture after I used mink oil on them. Perfect shade and perfect fit!!!
