When I received this item,the box was broken, and I thought I was getting a used shoe. I looked at the shoes and they looked new. I ordered a 10 W. The box said it was a 10 W, but the stamp inside the shoe just said 10. So I tried them on and they were too tight. I have always been a size 10 and these shoes felt small lengthwise. Then there was the toebox. I get that they are pointed toes and so its smaller anyway, but this was uncomfortable. I bought these shoes to help with my foot issues, not add to them. I will be returning and hopefully I can get an 11 W...

I LOVE Vionic & their heels. Though in the past they have been dramatic hit or misses as far as the foot bed, these are fantastic! Sexy, comfy, lush green & a perfect kitten heel! They do show a touch of toe cleavage, and since they didnt have the green in my wide width I bought the regular width and it is a bit snug width wise in the toe box, but I am confident if I had gotten them in wide it would NOT be an issue. It fits exactly as I had expected and didnt mark my wood floors when I was walking around my home. :) I am likily going to buy them in a few more colors, but in my wide width. :)

I love these shoes. I thought back problems had ended my high heel days forever, but these shoes are comfortable and not too high. I did have to buy heel grippers because the size 7 is a bit too large for me and they slip, but that is an easy fix. These shoes are perfect with jeans or a nice dress, good for work and a night out! Love them so much I bought them in three colors!

These shoes are just meh. I bought the taupe color, which is an ugly neutral-- too dark to be nude, not dark enough to be any particular color-- if you work in a depressing beige cubicle, they would probably match. Vionics run large, and these are true to size within the brand-- I normally wear an 8/8.5, but the 7.5 fit perfectly. They are more comfortable, with better arch support, than the average heel...but they also have that "comfort shoe" look. I wanted them to be higher. Also had toe cleavage, which I hate. The whole effect was just frumpy. Returned.

These are beautiful. I have only worn them once, though. These have a very hard insert in the shoe. I have flexible flat feet so the arch support kind of bothers me, but again, these are new. I am not sure if I would buy again because of the arch support. But, I need to wear them more to let you know. The insole can not be removed so it either works for you...or it doesnt.
