Wow, I really wasnt expecting the quality I got from this item. It comes in a very nice box, sort of like what youd get a watch in. The belt is a very rugged nylon with a substantial and beefy buckle mechanism. It is very long, which allows for many to use this, but can probably be easily trimmed to length and then use a match to melt the end to keep it from fraying. Very much exceeded expectations.

I purchased the black belt. I wasnt sure what length to get. I measured my other belts and they came out the length it stated for the large. I was hesitant to purchase the large because I wear a size 6 or 8 pant, but I went with the measurements stated. I realize these are for men and women. I have had a brown belt like this for many years and it still looks good. When I received the belt, I measured it. The large is actually 47" from belt buckle to the end. It is longer than I was hoping for, but it will work ok. It is not a fashionable belt, but hopefully will stand the test of time.

My husband bought a belt similar to this one. He loved it bc it held his phone w/holster & never budged. It started to tear after him wearing it everyday for two yrs. I finally started looking to replace the one he was wearing, came across this belt & ordered him a L. It fit him perfect & he wears his Levi’s almost everyday. This belt fit just like the other belt he was wearing also looks good when he wears his suits, slacks, ect. The large was just right & ordered another one. Back up for when he wears the new one out. So far so good. Looks nice no real “over hang” excess. M would’ve fit him, but went w/Large due the jeans. Most things seem to run small, my husband is 6’3 & wears 36 waist. Just to give an idea.

I purchased this belt because i managed to loose my 5.11 tactical belt, and I needed to replace my belt for work. This belt is much thinner than the 5.11, and I am sure that it may hold up a holster, I dont think it would do well with much gear. My biggest gripe with the belt is that it is one size fits all, meaning that it leaves almost a foot of extra material on my 34 inch waist. On my 5.11 belt, it had a strip of velcro to secure the extra material in place so it would not flap around and it kept the belt tight all day. This belt uses a small band that moves freely on the belt to secure the extra material; however, I immediately lost it when I puuled my belt out through my pants, silly design. Now the extra material just dangles. So I would say, spend a little more money and get a thicker belt with velcro and be done with it.

I find the Fairwin Enduring Stretch Woven Belt to be quite comfortable. With traditional leather belts with 1 inch spacing on the holes, I would find the belt to either be too tight or too loose, and in the slightly loose adjustment, the buckle would hang down at a sloppy angle. I tried one of the belts with the ratcheting buckle with the expectation that I could get it to exactly the right tension. However, the ratcheting buckles are heavy and thick. Thus, at the comfortable tension, the buckle would droop, and I would have to pull it uncomfortably tight to keep the buckle from drooping. The Fairwin Enduring Stretch Woven Belt with the sheen from the silk is just right for my apparel at my "business casual" office. Between the fine adjustment of sticking the buckle prong through the belt weave anywhere, the elastic stretch, and the normal weight buckle, I can always keep it comfortable and neat. I have a 35" waist. At the time I ordered, I had a choice of 32-34 or 36-38. I first got a 32-34, and it is just barely long enough. Then I got a 36-38; it is a better fit.
