I received this bandanna today and just LOVE IT!!! It is perfect for protecting the décolletage and can be tied higher up on the neck to protect that area too. Perfect size (24”x24”), and even though it might seem big, it is not bulky at all. It is made of a soft, lightweight, stretchy and cool fabric - kind of a “dry-fit” material. It is 90% polyester and 10% spandex. It is supposed to block 98% of UVA/UVB rays, offering great sun protection for the chest and neck area. I have been wearing those classic cotton bandannas this summer and, oh my!, it is so hot here in California. I am glad I got this Coolibar one. I got the Grey and wish there were more neutral colors (like oatmeal, sand, etc.), I’d buy more! I didn’t like the white one, it looks like a napkin. Highly recommend!

First Id like to point out that I have not written a negative review. I was really disappointed with this scarf. First, the length isnt very long so tying around your neck twice is out of the question. Secondly It stated that it is easy to wash. I had some makeup on my neck and the scarf absorbed the makeup and wont come out. I washed it by hand using Tide. When that didnt work I washed in the washing machine. None of the stains have come off. Unfortunately I had bought the all white scarf. Now I cant use it for anything but a rag. What a loss of money and time.

I really like how soft the material is! Soon it will reach near 115 degrees where I live and this product will definitely be UV tested! Ive worn it a couple of times when running errands but not in direct sun for long periods of time. The material does seem to stay cool and keep my chest from burning or turning red, which happens extremely easy!!! Also, it is a little bigger than a regular bandana which is nice for extra coverage! I will more than likely order another! Thanks for reading. Hopefully this helps !

Just wore this to the beach over a holiday weekend. Normally, even with sunscreen reapplication, my neck/chest still burn easily. With this scarf on, my shoulders got a little burnt (even with several sunscreen re-ups) but my neck and chest are just as bright of white/pale as when I set foot on the beach so Id say it works! I even flipped it around to cover my back when sun changed directions, and it helped out there too. I plan to keep it in my purse for throwing on when the sun surprises out on regular walks.

I use this bandana under my bike helmet. Good absorption factor. And you dont realize how much this bandana is working until you take it off in the sunshine. Wow! I like that this is a full size bandana, and not a triangular "dewrag".
