I bought this scarf and the paisley purple one for two coworkers. They LOVED them. I bought the light blue and forest green for myself and love them both. I will be buying the royal purple because the color is Fabulous. I also have the burgundy, teal, and deep blue in my cart. There is an odor but once you wash it long enough and let it air dry, your hair products (if you wrap it around your head like I do) will cancel out the smell. I do wish the provider would wash them completely before sending them. Also, adding instructions about how to wash them would be great.

I ordered the navy color because I thought it contrasted beautifully with the gold trim. Unfortunately, the trim is actually a pinkish-burgundy color. As a result, the scarf is just muted and boring instead of striking. Be forewarned -- the colors in Amazons photo are not real-to-life, and the scarf is suddenly ineligible for return, despite being bought through Prime.

The shall itself is very pretty. However the color was much darker than the picture showed. I wish the description or name of product included color and not just the #. I thought the one I ordered was charcoal with salmon but it actually looked almost black with burnt orange. It was not going to match my dress for a special occasion so I ended up returning it. However the shall was very soft and shiny. Had I picted a different color I would have been more satisfied.

Beautiful wrap that can be dressed up or dressed down. I wore it to a formal function and it was just perfect. It is heavier than most, so it guarded against the chill nicely. It isnt see-through, which was what I wanted. As other reviewers have mentioned, I dont like the placement of the tag, which is very obvious. Its hard to remove (glue, I think) so I just left it.

When I opened the package I thought how lovely. I did notice that the fabric was not a tight weave, but, ok for the money I paid. Wore it once to a wedding it kept snagging and threads pulled. By the end of the night this paskmina shawl was a mess. Put it in a goodwill bag and they might be able to use it for a rag. So dissatisfied and disappointed because it was truly lovely.
