I bought this skirt to make a costume for a Music Festival and I loved it! I bought the champagne color. I wanted my skirt to be ridiculously poofy so I also bought a petticoat to go underneath. However I still thought the skirt was quite poofy on its own. It has about 4 long layers of tulle so when the layers are separated, it gives a great full look! The only issue is that it doesnt stay poofed up for long. So what I did to keep my skirt looking poofy was to scrunch up a section the way I wanted, and then took some thread and sewed it down. As you can see in my first 2 photos, the skirt is thick, but flat. In my last two photos, that is was the skirt looked like after I was finished! I got so many compliments at the festival, and I even sewed lights on it so it would light up! This skirt is very versatile and for the price, Im sure anyone could find a perfect use for it. 5 stars! Absolutely loved this skirt. The elastic waiste was a little tight giving me a slight muffin top. Would definitely order a size up. But other than that fabulous
