Waited til I got my refuns. I have owned several Ecco shoes. Either their quality dropped drastically in the least two years or this is a knock off. Had to go to nordstrom to make sure it wasnt just from Amazon but it was the same lower quality. So I guess theyve gone to poop.

Have been wearing the Ecco Seattle for years. Either these are fake or the quality went down hill tremendously, this pair is unwearable they are so uncomfortable. My former Ecco seattle’s were the most comfortable dress shoe. These, I’ve noticed are now made in China and if you pull up the sole, there is not leather underneath like in previous models, just a stiff canvas material. Some of the stitching is also different than my other Seattle’s. Concerned I may have received a fake pair?

Great shoes. They look very slick and fancy. Color is beautiful. I almost hate that I put so much wear on them because I wear them all the time. I should have bought a second pair--and I still might. Reasonably comfortable in the heel, but the front of the sole is flat which can stress the front end of the foot if you are standing for long periods of time on the regular. They wont ever be as nice as when you first put them on, but continue to look great even after some wear and tear. Also, bonus points: The style has a very long toe, which makes your feet look like canoes. Translates into more attention from the ladies ;)

I ordered the Ecco Seattle Apron-toe mens dress shoes in size 44 euro which is 10/10.5 US. These are your typical high quality ECCO mens dress shoe. True to ECCO sizing and very comfortable on my feet. This is the fourth pair of ECCO I have owned. My black dress ECCO are over 10 years old and show very little wear. I rotate between the brown and black pair every day for work. They are replacing Johnston and Murphy which wear out in a 2-3 years. These ECCO are a Great quality shoe at a great price.

This company stood for quality shoes in the past but no longer. Using cheap synthetic leather which has killed my feet for the past several weeks. Had to use leather softener so it would be bearable. I remember a time when these shoes were comfortable right out of the box. Quality has gone downhill. I miss my old Eccos.
